As a Data Analyst, the primary goal is to address the following questions, each designed to guide the analysis toward valuable and

actionable solutions.

Before we begin our analysis, let's identify business questions relating to our data:

1.What are our total sales ?

2.How many units have we sold in total ?

3.What are our total transactions?

4.How many products do we sell ?

1.What is the trend of sales over the months, and which month do we get the highest sales?

2.Which age group do we have the highest number of customers as per the quantity of units they purchase?

3.Which day of the week do customers prefer to shop with us?

4.Among our products which products sell the most?

For this project, we leveraged a dataset from Kaggle, specifically the “Retail Sales” . This dataset contains information on customer behavior on Retail sales , offering a valuable opportunity to extract meaningful insights.

The business questions guided me in developing the dashboard and helped me showcase my data visualization skills. This interactive dashboard is designed to provide comprehensive insights into sales performance, customer preferences, and trends. By leveraging the advanced analytics capabilities of Power BI, I transformed raw retail sales data into actionable insights that can drive strategic decision-making and optimize business operations.

The dashboard brings out the hidden insights of our data answering all the business questions we have concerning our dataset.
